If you are receiving this error message, please try to reprint your PDF file before the conversion, as this usually solves the issue.

To reprint, you need to open the original PDF file in Adobe Reader, or a similar program that can print to PDF.

  • Then go to File -> Print.
  • In the Print dialog that will appear, select Able2Extract Printer and click on the Print button. (If you have version 8.0 of Able2Extract or older, please note that these versions do not have embedded PDF creation option, so in that case just use a printer that has PDF in its title.)
  • Now the Print Dispatcher dialog will appear, so here you will be able to give the reprinted file a name and select a location. Then click on the OK button.

After regenerating the PDF file, you can open the reprinted version of the file in Able2Extract application and try the conversion once again.

However, if the suggested solution doesn’t work, please send us an email at techsupport@investintech.com with the original PDF file attached, so we can troubleshoot the issue.
