In order to fix this error, please uninstall the current version of Able2Extract you have on your computer, reboot the system and then re-install the software.

In case you don’t have the right installation file, please send us a screenshot of the Able2Extract version info at techsupport@investintech.com, so we can send you back the right download link. To find this information, open Able2Extract application, go to Help menu and select "About Able2Extract…" option. A splash screen will appear with version and build information.
