In order to correct this error, please try these steps:
- Uninstall Able2Extract application from your computer.
- After you have done this, check in Devices and Printers if Able2Extract Printer is removed. If not, right click on the printer and select "Remove device" option.
- Then go to: C:/Program Files/Investintech.com Inc to delete the Able2Extract folder and all its contents.
- Now reboot the system and re-install the software.
In case you don’t have the right installation file, please send us a screenshot of the Able2Extract version info at techsupport@investintech.com, so we can send you back the right download link. To find this information, open Able2Extract application, go to Help menu and select "About Able2Extract…" option. A splash screen will appear with the version and build information.
