In order to correct this error, please try these steps:

  1. Uninstall Able2Extract application from your computer.
  2. After you have done this, check in Devices and Printers if Able2Extract Printer is removed. If not, right click on the printer and select "Remove device" option. 
  3. Then go to: C:/Program Files/ Inc to delete the Able2Extract folder and all its contents.
  4. Now reboot the system and re-install the software.

In case you don’t have the right installation file, please send us a screenshot of the Able2Extract version info at, so we can send you back the right download link. To find this information, open Able2Extract application, go to Help menu and select "About Able2Extract…" option. A splash screen will appear with the version and build information.
