ERR_PRINTER_NOT_FOUND

In order to solve this problem, please try these steps:

  1. Uninstall Able2Extract application from your computer.
  2. After you have done this, check in Devices and Printers if Able2Extract Printer is removed. If not, right click on the printer and select "Remove device" option. 
  3. Then go to: C:/Program Files/Investintech.com Inc to delete the Able2Extract folder and all its contents.
  4. Now reboot the system and re-install the software.

Since licenses for Able2Extract are version specific, in case that you don’t have the right installation file, please contact us at techsupport@investintech.com and we’ll be happy to send you back the right installer.
