I have just purchased a license for Able2Extract Professional and all I received was a PIN number. What do I do now?


When you purchase our product online, you will receive a 20-character PIN number (the first set of 4 characters is a combination of both numbers and letters, while the following 16 characters are numbers only). This PIN number will entitle you to activate the product you purchased. The PIN will show up on the screen after your transaction has been confirmed, and it will also be included in the payment receipt you will receive by email. 

So, once you have purchased the application and received your PIN number, please follow these steps in order to activate the full version of the product:

  1. Download the most recent version of Able2Extract Professional by clicking here.
  2. When the download is finished, install the application.
  3. Once the application is installed, please open it.
  4. From the pop-up window click on the "Activate a License" button.
  5. In a dialog that will open enter the PIN you have received upon the purchase. Then click on the "Confirm" button.
