This is generally happening for one of the two reasons. Namely, if you are getting the Server Busy error, it might be that your operating system is working inefficiently, as this error message is in fact a Microsoft message, and not an Able2Extract message. This could be due to large programs operating in the background, or if the size of your document is particularly large. So, please try rebooting, letting the computer completely load up, and then trying the conversion with just Able2Extract open.
If the Server Busy error does come up again, you can just keep hitting the Retry button and this should force the conversion through.
However, if the above doesn't help, then you most probably have some newer version of MS Office installed on your computer, but are still using an older version of Able2Extract. In that case, this error comes up from the incompatibility of your Able2Extract version with the MS Office version. Hence, upgrading to the latest version of Able2Extract application will solve the issue.
