If you are getting the "Server Busy" error, it suggests that your operating system might be working inefficiently, as this error message is
in fact a Microsoft message and not an Able2Extract message. This could be due to large programs operating
in the background or the size of your document if it is particularly large. Have you tried
rebooting, letting the computer completely load up, and then trying the
conversion with just Able2Extract open?
If the "Server Busy" error does come up - you can just keep hitting the "retry" button and this will force the conversion through. The dialogue, we believe, is a symptom of an inefficient or overtaxed o/s set-up.
