I have just purchased an upgrade, but I'm getting an invalid PIN error message

To activate the upgrade, you need to enter 2 PINs – first the upgrade PIN, and then your old PIN for previous version of Able2Extract, in order to confirm where you upgraded from.

So, if you receive the “Invalid PIN” error message after entering the first, upgrade PIN, you have probably installed the incorrect version of the software. If that is the case, please email us with your PIN at techsupport@investintech.com or cs@investintech.com, and we will send you the right installation file shortly.

On the other hand, if the upgrade PIN is accepted, but when you try to enter the second, old PIN, you receive the “Invalid PIN” error message, it may be that you have accidentally purchased the wrong upgrade. In this case, please contact our customer support at cs@investintech.com – we will be more than happy to exchange your upgrade PIN for the correct one.
