My PIN is 12 characters, but I am being asked for a 20-character PIN

All versions of Able2Extract older than version 8.0 have 12-digit PIN, while newer versions have 20-character PIN.

So, if your PIN is only 12 digits long, but upon installing the software you are being asked for a 20-character PIN, this means that you have purchased a license for an earlier version Able2Extract (version 7.0 or older), but have installed some newer version of our application (version 8.0 or newer). In this case, your PIN will not authenticate the installed version, as our license keys are version specific. So, you will need to ensure that you have installed the correct version of Able2Extract software. 

To solve the issue, please contact us with your PIN at techsupport@investintech.com. Based on the PIN, we will be able to check which version of Able2Extract you have purchased and hence to send you back the right download link.
