When I enter my PIN, a second field appears and asks me for another PIN

This is generally an indication that the PIN you have entered is an UPGRADE PIN. If you are trying to activate the software with an upgrade PIN on a system with no previously licensed version of Able2Extract, you will afterwards need to enter the OLD Registration PIN from your initial purchase in order to authenticate your upgrade. 

For a case that you cannot find your old PIN, please contact us at cs@investintech.com and we will look for your original order.
