This is generally an indication that the PIN you have entered is an upgrade PIN. If you are trying to activate the software with an upgrade PIN on a system with no previously licensed version of Able2Extract, you will afterwards need to enter the old registration PIN from your initial purchase, in order to authenticate your upgrade.
