I am trying to convert PDF to Word and getting the error message "Cannot Find required C-Map File: AdobeWinCharSetFFFF-UCS2". What should I do?

Open the file in Able2Extract. If you receive the error message, it will ask you if you want to download the file from the official website. Click "Yes".

If you then receive the error message "System cannot find the file specified", click "OK". The PDF should then be present in Able2Extract and you should be able to convert it properly.
